Do I get SMM services included?
No, you're paying for panel maintenance, not for SMM services. To process orders, connect your panel with your preferred SMM service providers. Our platform does not offer SMM services directly.
Which orders are counted in the plan calculation?
All orders placed in the panel, whether completed or canceled, count towards your monthly plan. Each subscription and drip-feed order is counted as a regular single order.
Can I customize or white-label the panel?
Yes, you can customize the panel using our visual theme editor. You can also white-label it by removing the default/example branding and adding your own.
What if I need more than the maximum order limit?
If you reach the maximum order limit of your current plan, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue processing orders.
How can I change my plan and increase my order limit?
Your plan automatically updates based on the number of orders you received in the last period. Everyone starts with Plan A for the first month. After that, your plan and charges will adjust according to the number of orders from the previous period.
